This centuries-old historic building, covering an area of 65m², has been restored into a comfortable tower villa for up to 4 people. The thick walls of the building ensure a cool interior during warm weather. The house is attractively and luxuriously furnished.
The property consists of three floors and features two outdoor terraces, equipped with teak furniture, two sunbeds, a Weber BBQ, and an umbrella.
The Pigeonnier boasts a cosy living room with a comfortable sitting area, a 42" flat-screen satellite TV with Dutch channels, a cosy dining area, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, combi oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, mixer, hand blender, and toaster.
The large bathroom, with floor heating, is located on the lower floor. It is equipped with a designer bathtub, wide sink with cabinet, spacious walk-in shower, electric towel radiator, and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet and a washer-dryer combination.
On the top floor of the tower, there are two small bedrooms: one with a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and one with two single beds (90cm x 200cm).
The beds are fitted with duvets. Upon arrival, the beds are made, and clean bedding is provided every full week. A towel set can be ordered separately.
The house is equipped with a heat pump for heating and air conditioning.
