This designer villa is located in an exclusive part of Domaine de Merlanes: Résidence au Pouget.

Villa Biloba is partly designed as a luxury holiday accommodation for up to 4 people. The part intended for holiday rental has its own living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and spacious terraces.

A separate part of the building is closed off and reserved for the owner's private use and is not included in the rental. During the rental period, this private area is not occupied by the owner. 🔒 The area to the right of the red dotted line in the photo is closed off for the owner's private use and is not included in the rental.

The villa is one of 12 energy-efficient passive houses being built at Résidence au Pouget and is just a short walk from the swimming pools and terrace of Domaine de Merlanes.
The holiday accommodation offers approximately 80 m² of living space and features a large semi-covered terrace of no less than 52 m², as well as a second terrace of 25 m². From the large terrace at the rear, you can enjoy magnificent views over the estate.
The terraces are furnished with designer outdoor furniture, a parasol, two sun loungers and a barbecue.

Thanks to the large aluminium sliding doors, the spacious living room flows almost seamlessly onto the outdoor terrace and features a generous seating area and dining area.
The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.

The villa has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm, while the second bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm. Both bedrooms share an attractive bathroom with a walk-in Italian-style shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet in the hallway.

The beds are made up on arrival and, for stays of several weeks, fresh bed linen is provided for each full week. A towel set can be ordered separately.
A washing machine and dryer are available.

The holiday accommodation is stylishly and luxuriously furnished and features electrically operated shutters, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV with Dutch channels and a DVD player.
The living room and both bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the air conditioning can also be used for heating. For cooler evenings, there is also a cosy wood-burning stove in the living room.
