This design villa is located in the exclusive Résidence au Pouget area of Domaine de Merlanes.
It is one of 12 energy-passive houses being built there.
The villas are a short walk from the pools and terrace.
Villa Le Marronnier offers a living space of 80m² and boasts a large covered terrace of 32m² with teak furniture, a parasol, two sunbeds, and a barbecue.
The spacious living room features a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cosy sitting area with beautiful views over the estate. The living room flows almost seamlessly into the beautiful outdoor terrace, separated by impressive aluminium sliding doors.
The kitchen includes an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, oven, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a Senseo coffee machine, and a toaster.
The villa has two bedrooms: one with a large double bed (180cm x 200cm) and one with two single beds (80cm x 200cm). Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, sink, towel radiator, hair dryer, and toilet.
The beds are fitted with duvets and are made upon arrival. You will receive clean bed linen, and a towel set can be ordered separately.
The utility room contains a washing machine and dryer.
The house is tastefully and luxuriously furnished and includes electrically operated shutters.
The villa is equipped with free WIFI Internet, satellite TV with Dutch channels, a DVD player, and air conditioning.
A cosy wood-burning stove has been installed for use during winter evenings.
