Villa Le Palmier offers a living space of 97m², featuring a large covered terrace of 52m² and a second terrace of 20m² at the front of the villa. The terrace provides a beautiful view of the estate and is equipped with a beautiful garden set, a parasol, two sunbeds, and a barbecue.

The spacious living room includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic worktop, an induction hob with built-in extraction, a dishwasher, a combi-microwave, a multifunction oven, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster.

 

The dining area and cosy sitting area offer beautiful views over the estate.

 

The living room flows almost seamlessly into the beautiful outdoor terrace, separated by impressive aluminium sliding doors.

The villa has two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a large double bed (180cm x 200cm) and an en suite spacious bathroom featuring a shower, washbasin, toilet, towel radiator, and a sauna.

​

The second bedroom has two single beds (90cm x 200cm) and its own private bathroom with a shower, sink, towel radiator, and hairdryer.

​

The beds are fitted with duvets and are made upon arrival. You will receive clean bed linen every full week, and a towel set can be ordered separately.

​

The utility room contains a washing machine and dryer.

​

The house is tastefully and luxuriously furnished and includes electrically operated shutters.

​

The villa is equipped with free WiFi Internet and Internet TV with Dutch channels and features a heat pump for air conditioning and heating.
